How it works.

  1. It starts with a yes

    The person it’s for, or their manager, agrees in writing. Nobody can start a wall about someone without their permission.

  2. We set it up with you

    We agree on the date, when messages close and where the wall will be shown. You get one link to share with your fans.

  3. Fans send their messages

    A video, voice note, photo or written message, from their phone in about a minute. Nothing goes up until we’ve checked it.

  4. On the day

    The wall goes live for everyone. Play a video of the best messages on stream or on stage, and add the wall to your own site.

Common questions.

Who can start a wall?
For now, we set up every wall together with you or your team. The person it’s for, or their manager, agrees in writing first.
What does it cost?
It’s free for our first partners: we set up these first walls with you at no cost. Fans never pay to add a message.
Do fans need an account?
Yes, a free one. They record first, then sign in with Apple, Google or an email code. That way we can let every fan know whether their message was approved, and why if it wasn’t. Fans must be 16 or older.
What if someone sends something nasty?
A person checks every message before it goes up, so nothing hateful reaches the wall. For very big crowds, we can add an access code so only people you give it to, like members or subscribers, can send a message.
Can a brand sponsor a wall?
Yes. A sponsor is always clearly labeled and never appears inside a fan’s message. The person it’s for still has to agree first.
Where can we show it?
On its own page, live on a stream or a big screen with a QR code for fans, and on any website with one line of code. The video of the best messages plays live on stream or on stage.
