Watch a sample video.

This is what the person you’re celebrating sees on their day: a title card, then every message in order, each showing who it’s from. The people in these samples are made up.

Ingrid’s 70th

Ingrid’s daughter Sofie made this moment. Seven more people added a message: grandchildren, old friends and someone Ingrid hired 40 years ago.

Read what they say

Sofie:: Mom. Seventy! We couldn’t all be there this morning, so we’re all here.
Jonas:: Happy birthday, Grandma! Thank you for teaching me to drive… and sorry about the mailbox.
Birthe:: (written) Still the best laugh in any room.
Teresa:: Ingrid! Fifty years… and you still owe me a dance. Happy birthday, from Lisbon!
Lars:: Happy birthday, big sister. Call me when you’ve stopped crying.
Amara:: …but this could not wait!
Oskar:: Windy, but worth it!
Anders:: Forty years ago, you hired a very nervous young man. Thank you, boss.

What you’re seeing.

1
A title card
The video opens with a card saying who it’s from, in the look the organizer picked.
2
A name on every message
Each message shows who it’s from while it plays, so nobody has to introduce themselves.
3
Video, voice, photos and words
Videos, voice notes, photos and written messages play in the same video, in the order the organizer chose.
4
A page to come back to
Afterwards, every message stays on a private page, with any old photos, word cloud or quiz the group added. On Free, it’s kept for 30 days after the day.
