- Can former coworkers add a message?
- Yes. Anyone with the link can add a message, including people who left years ago. Send it by email, text or LinkedIn.
- Can we play it at the retirement party?
- Yes. You choose the time it opens, so it can be during the party. With Keep it forever, you can play it on the TV.
- Can I put the messages in order?
- Yes. Drag them into the order you like, trim the start and end of each one, and watch it before they do. What people say is never edited.
- What if more than 10 people want to add a message?
- Nobody gets left out, and every message is saved. The free video includes 10 of them. For €10, one person unlocks every message for everyone.
- Can the company pay?
- Yes, anyone can pay. One person pays €10 once and everyone in the moment keeps it. It’s paid online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; there are no invoices.
- How long is it kept?
- On Free, 30 days after their last day, then it’s deleted. With Keep it forever, it stays online for good and they can download the video in HD.
