What happens after 30 days, and how do I download?
On Free, a moment stays online for 30 days after the day and is then deleted for good, unless someone keeps it forever. Before then, you can download the messages.
- If you have an account, watch for our emails a week before and the day before it’s deleted.
- The person you celebrated and the organizers can tap Download all on the moment page to get every message as files.
- Guests who signed in can tap Save mine to keep their own message.
- For the whole video in HD, someone in the moment needs to keep it forever.
After the day, Keep it forever is a one-time payment of €19 (it’s €10 before the day). Anyone in the moment can pay, including the person being celebrated, and then everyone keeps it for as long as thisfeeling exists, with the full video in HD to download.
With Keep it forever, if thisfeeling ever closes, you get the files: we’ll give everyone at least 30 days to download them.
