Can I get a refund or an invoice?

Keep it forever starts the moment you pay, so there are no refunds, except where the law gives you a right to one.

Keep it forever is a one-time payment of €10 before the day or €19 after, including VAT. It’s not a subscription, so there’s nothing to cancel.
