How do I get everyone to add a message?
Post the invite link in the group chat where everyone already talks, or invite people by email so each person gets their own link. Then remind the ones who haven’t added a message yet.
- Open your overview and find the invite link.
- Share it with WhatsApp, Messages or Messenger, or copy it and paste it anywhere.
- Or invite people by email: add one row per person, and each of them gets an email with their own link.
- Check your overview to see who has added a message.
- For the group chat, copy the ready-made reminder and post it. For email invites, tap Remind to email only the people still missing.
The link preview shows who is building the moment and who it’s for, so people know it’s safe to tap. Adding a message takes about a minute, with no app and no account.
Posting the reminder the evening before messages close usually works best.
We never send reminders on our own. Group chat reminders come from you, and email reminders go out only when you tap Remind, at most once a day per person.
