How does the person I’m celebrating get their link on the day?

The person you’re celebrating has their own private link. You can send it to them yourself, or give us their email and we’ll send it at the exact time it opens.

1. 1Open your overview and copy the private link for the person you’re celebrating.
2. 2Send it to them any way you like, for example in a text.
3. 3Or open Edit the details, add their email, and we’ll email the link when the time comes.
4. 4Until then, the link shows “Not yet!” with a countdown and an Add to calendar button.
5. 5At the time you picked, it opens and they press play.

This is not the invite link you shared with the group. That one is for adding messages. This one is only for watching.

If you send it yourself, you can send it days ahead so they can add it to their calendar. When the time comes, we also email you a reminder to send it. They don’t need an app or an account to watch.

If we email it for you, we delete their email address once it’s sent.
